In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 55rr website accessible at https://55rr.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 55rr platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on 55rr.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's 55rr account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or free bet credit awarded to a Player's account by 55rr.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard and credited to the Player's wallet.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any sum of real money or bonus funds staked by a Player on any game, betting market, or event available through the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the timezone used for all date and time references in these Terms & Conditions.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the 55rr platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 55rr prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary process by which a Player requests suspension of their account for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the 55rr platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the 55rr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional materials, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

To register and maintain an active account on 55rr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55rr enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension currently in effect on the 55rr platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in their location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 55rr, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by 55rr management.

Each Player may hold one account only on the 55rr platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

55rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious activity. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 55rr support at [email protected] immediately.
• 55rr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it.

55rr reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

All transactions on the 55rr platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed on the deposit page within the Player's account dashboard. 55rr does not charge any fee for deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to bKash are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission. Other mobile financial service withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal account (bKash number, Nagad number, etc.) must be registered in the same name as the 55rr account.
• KYC verification may be required before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 or as determined by 55rr's internal risk assessment.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only funds that meet the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 55rr reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request it deems high-risk, without prior notice.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account may be declined for security reasons.

55rr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL cricket season promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account automatically.
• 55rr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including after it has been credited to a Player's account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or collusion with other accounts.
• Where a welcome bonus or deposit match bonus is offered, the Player must opt in to the offer at the time of deposit. Retroactive bonus credits will not be applied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through legitimate fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Players who opt out of a bonus before its wagering requirement is met will have the remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds removed from their account.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 55rr platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the respective betting lobby sections and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the 55rr system and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets displayed as "pending" have not yet been confirmed.
• 55rr reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, a technical fault, or odds that were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• In cricket betting, if a match is abandoned, delayed, or rescheduled, markets will be settled in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published in the cricket section of the platform. In general, completed matches of sufficient length to constitute an official result will be settled as normal; incomplete matches will result in stakes being returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• 55rr reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits without prior notice, in response to betting patterns that suggest professional or systematic wagering.
• All live casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of licensed studio equipment. 55rr does not interfere with game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55rr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit the system in any way.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform's software or odds feed for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic low-risk betting designed to exploit bonus offers or guaranteed profit.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to manipulate betting outcomes, game results, or bonus terms.
• Using the 55rr platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Players' accounts, the platform's backend systems, or any associated databases.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55rr staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other tool designed to mask your true location or circumvent geo-restrictions.

55rr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to every registered Player at any time from the account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools if they feel their gambling habits require management.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that appear on screen after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended.

55rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account action.
• The Player being found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 55rr reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation. Balances derived from legitimate real-money deposits that are not associated with the breach may be returned to the Player following a completed investigation, at 55rr's discretion.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming may submit a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Where changes are material, 55rr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 55rr platform shall first be subject to the 55rr internal dispute resolution process described below, before any external legal proceedings are initiated.

Dispute Resolution Process:
